    This ancient healing practice uses suction cups to create a vacuum pressure on the skin. It helps enhance blood circulation to the treated area, reduce muscle pain and promote recovery after intense physical exertion or injury. This bodywork technique is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular disease or blood disorder.

    A combination of stretches and deep tissue massage that will help drain stagnant fluid, relief pain, muscle tightness and improve basic range of movement to the body. It is incredibly effective and therapeutic techniques using natural tools; hands, elbows, knees, shins and feet for the massage.

    Myofascial Release targets the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. At Khanetic, we combine this gentle bodywork technique with our understanding of chakras, the energy centres within the body and their connectedness to the body. The technique aims to release blocked energy and improve energy flow to help reduce chronic pain and muscle stiffness.

    Pregnancy is a time of joy and anticipation, but it can also be a period of significant emotional and physical upheaval. We adapt Raynor Massage Therapy techniques to suit expectant mums across all stages of pregnancy. Pregnancy Massage Therapy can reduce aches and swelling, as well as help you relax.

    Raynor Massage Therapy is a holistic and integrative massage therapy that combines ancient Eastern techniques with modern Western understandings of anatomy. Its focus is physical and emotional tension relief and removing blockage throughout the body. The bodywork techniques are firm like with deep tissue massage.

    In practise, this massage technique works on deep tissue level not just on one isolated area but across the entire connected bands of Raynor Naturopathic massage and simultaneously encourage client to breath into their lower abdomen and release any tension repressed emotion.

    Hands and feet are commonly neglected and yet most used part of the body. They are also "anchor points" that holding tension that can affect other parts of the body.

    Take care of your hands and feet with Reflexology, a bodywork technique that applies pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. These points correspond with different organs and systems in your body, helping to promote overall health and wellness. Reflexology is great for stress relief, while improving circulation and restoring balance.

Our coaching program will give you the knowledge, training, and positive habits needed to practice breathwork whenever you need it.     We can lose functional flexibility and become more stiff as we get older. This can lead to losing the mobility to do basic range of motion like sitting cross legged or squatting down to lift something without feeling the ache and pain or worse injury.

    Passive stretching with time under passive tension is not like warm up stretches or yoga poses. At least 50% of flexibility is from your nervous system - not just muscle. They can be trained and strengthen over time with the right practices and understanding of our body.

    • 1 x 30 minutes weekly workshop (4 in total) in person or online to understand how your body works and how stretching can help improve your balance, strength and flexibility.

    • 15 minutes daily stretching exercise with guided video.

Deep Dive - Extended Session

Gift yourself a mini retreat to take a break from your busy lifestyle and focus on your well-being. It’s not just about relaxation, but also a full-service treatment for your body. Every part of your body deserves attention, and this 3-hour session allows us the time to dive deep and address the unique needs of your body.

Whether it's pairing Raynor Massage Therapy with cupping or using any combination of techniques, we tailor the session specifically to you. The goal is to release the built-up tension from head to toe in your body and help you feel lighter and more balanced. We want to help you feel like yourself again.

Does 3 hours sound like a long time?

If you love receiving treatments like massage therapy, 3 hours will feel like it flies by. We offer this extended time because we understand that every part of the body takes time and attention to be worked on properly. The long session is also designed to help slow down and rebalance your nervous system, guiding you back to a state of calm stillness and centred within yourself.
